How ACS WA Sender Pro handles account, extension, quota, and campaign-operation information.

Privacy at a glance

ACS WA Sender Pro uses account and operational data only to provide login, licensing, quota, subscription, support, and campaign-status functionality. We do not sell user data.

1. Who operates ACS WA Sender Pro

ACS WA Sender Pro is operated by ACS Technology, India. Privacy contact: admin@acsbusiness.in.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the ACS WA Sender website, customer dashboard, Chrome extension, license and quota services, subscription requests, and support interactions.

3. Information handled

AccountName, email, license ID, login/session state, subscription and quota information.
WhatsApp connectionThe WhatsApp number linked to an ACS license and the time it was linked.
Campaign operationsRecipient phone number, campaign name, send/failure/skip status, timestamps, row index, and operational error details used for quota/history/troubleshooting.
Billing requestsSelected plan, payment reference, and notes you choose to submit.

4. Contact files and message content

CSV contact rows and campaign message text are processed within the Chrome extension/browser workflow. The Chrome Web Store edition does not upload full reusable templates or full campaign message text to ACS Cloud event logs. Message text is inserted into WhatsApp Web in your browser for your review and sending.

5. How information is used

  • Authenticate your ACS account and synchronize the signed-in session.
  • Issue and validate your ACS license and WhatsApp-number lock.
  • Apply monthly quota and subscription status.
  • Display campaign operational history and troubleshoot failures.
  • Process subscription/payment approval requests and customer support.
  • Protect the service from unauthorized or abusive use.

6. Chrome extension permissions

The Chrome Web Store edition requests only the permissions needed for its stated purpose: local extension storage, script execution required for the sender interface, ACS login cookie/session awareness, and site access to web.whatsapp.com and wasender.acsbusiness.in.

7. Sharing and sale of data

ACS does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service infrastructure only as necessary to operate ACS WA Sender Pro, comply with law, protect users/service security, or when you direct the extension to interact with WhatsApp Web. WhatsApp and Meta are separate third parties with their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Storage and retention

Extension preferences and account/session snapshots may be stored locally in Chrome. Account, license, quota, subscription, billing-request, and campaign-status records may be stored on ACS systems for service operation, security, billing, and support. Data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable legal/accounting requirements.

9. Security

ACS uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and operational information. No internet or browser-based service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, account closure, or deletion of eligible account data by emailing admin@acsbusiness.in. Include the email address connected to your ACS account. Do not send passwords or confidential WhatsApp message contents.

11. Children

ACS WA Sender Pro is a business productivity service and is not directed to children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy when the product, Chrome Web Store requirements, infrastructure, or applicable obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
