1. Service identity
ACS WA Sender Pro is an independent productivity tool operated by ACS Technology. It works with WhatsApp Web through a Chrome extension. It is not WhatsApp Business API, Meta Cloud API, or an official WhatsApp or Meta product.
2. Authorized and consent-based use
You may use ACS WA Sender Pro only for lawful communications to recipients you are authorized to contact. Unsolicited bulk messaging, harassment, fraud, deceptive content, malware, unlawful content, or attempts to bypass platform restrictions are prohibited.
3. User control before sending
You are responsible for reviewing recipients and message content before every campaign. The Chrome extension includes consent acknowledgement and final-send confirmation controls; you must not attempt to bypass them.
4. Third-party platform rules
Your use of WhatsApp Web remains subject to WhatsApp/Meta terms, policies, technical limits, and enforcement. ACS cannot guarantee delivery, account availability, or that a third-party platform will permit any particular messaging volume or workflow.
5. Accounts, licenses and quotas
Your ACS account controls license identity, WhatsApp-number lock, plan, and monthly quota. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Quotas are product limits, not delivery guarantees.
6. Plans and payments
ACS WA Sender currently offers Free, Premium Monthly, and Annual Premium plans. Paid plans are sold by ACS Technology, not Google, Chrome, WhatsApp, or Meta. Current pricing and approval status are shown on the ACS WA Sender website/customer dashboard.
7. Availability and changes
ACS may update the extension or website to maintain compatibility, security, Chrome Web Store compliance, or service quality. Features may change when browsers or third-party websites change their interfaces.
8. Suspension
Access may be limited or suspended for misuse, security risk, non-payment, policy violations, abuse of quota controls, or unlawful activity.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, ACS disclaims warranties that depend on third-party services, including uninterrupted WhatsApp Web access or message delivery.
