Chrome extension setup
- Install ACS WA Sender Pro from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in at ACS WA Sender using the same account you want reflected in the extension.
- Open WhatsApp Web and complete your WhatsApp login.
- Open the ACS sender dashboard, import only contacts you are authorized to message, and review the campaign.
- Confirm recipient consent and the final recipient/message preview before sending.
Account, license and quota help
Use the Customer Dashboard to view your license ID, linked WhatsApp number, current Premium status, monthly usage, and subscription requests.
Common troubleshooting
Website logged in, extension not syncedRefresh the ACS website and extension popup, then use the website-session check in the popup.
Background shows inactive in ChromeManifest V3 workers sleep when idle. Open the extension popup; the background readiness check should wake it when needed.
Quota check errorVerify the ACS website login first, then refresh WhatsApp Web and reopen the sender dashboard.
Message sent but confirmation delayedDo not manually resend immediately. Let the sender finish its confirmation/recovery path to avoid duplicates.
Privacy, access or deletion requests
Email admin@acsbusiness.in from or with the email address connected to your ACS account. State whether you are requesting access, correction, account closure, or deletion. Never send your password or confidential WhatsApp messages.
